The problem for any manager is to get the best out of multi millionaire players with very large egos who can walk into another club regardless of what they agreed in their contracts. Unfortunately, today, the players are in control. Very few managers can do it and if they can they are sacked after the club fails to win a major trophy. Look at Chelsea where world class managers are sacked because certain players don't like them. Keanes aggressive style might work in the lower divisions but not at the top.
