Guest Posted August 19, 2014 Share Posted August 19, 2014 Sure as heck know how he feels! Somewhere along the line somebody added a few stone to me (without me knowing lol).. Best thing is my Dad gave me a fantastic pushbike as a present very recently and I hope with luck and effort to get my weight down to a very much more reasonable level ! Going to be hard work but worth it in the long run otherwise my joints, or rather whats left of them, are just going to wear out faster.........
