Stuff Needed For CX500 Eurosport

Just got the frame back from the welders and it looks pretty good, so the winter rebuild is on the cards. I'm trying to keep the price down as much as possible - special thanks go to governments past and present, and the bankers who conspired to f**k up the country and plunge us into a depression, resulting in a 2-year pay freeze for me, not to mention all the other ways they can think of screwing me and other public sector workers.
Anyway, to try and keep my costs down I thought I would see if anyone can provide me with the following (happy to pay for parts but would rather avoid the cost of new parts plus VAT). All for a CX500 Eurosport:

Ignition switch & key
Petrol cap & key - sorted
Lock & key for rear tool box lid
Pair of mirrors - sorted
Front left indicator - sorted from Ebay
Swing-arm pivot bolt (monoshock type) and castellated nut - sorted from Ebay
The plates on the brake calipers that hold the brake pad pins in place - 3 needed
Oil drain tank thingy that fits on the pipe coming from under the air filter box to collect residue from the engine breather tube

I think I have everything else I need (famous last words). Cash, beer tokens or sexual favours* await.

This bike was one of those that I couldn't not buy, almost complete and set me back a whopping £75 Quite a bit of work to do though, I'll be taking lots of photos as I go along to bore you all with once it is finished.

Also, just discovered I need the swing-arm pivot bolt (monoshock type) and castellated nut if anyone has spares. I've added them to the list in my first message.
